What payment options are there?
You can pay by PayPal, MasterCard or Visa. All prices shown on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Are my credit card and personal details safe?
Your credit card information is never stored on our server, and is only used during payment authorization with National Australia Bank’s secure gateway.
Our merchant services use SSL encryption, which is an Internet standard and encrypts all of your details, preventing a third party from viewing your information. The instant you reach our checkout page, a padlock symbol at the top or bottom of your screen indicates that you have entered our secure shopping zone.
An internal security system, known as a firewall, protects personal information about you stored in our computer from being viewed by a third party. Information access is restricted within our offices and protected by a secure password.
How are goods sent?
Most of our orders are sent Startrack Express, You will be sent a tracking advice email when your order leaves us. If you are not home when the delivery driver attempts to deliver your goods, they will leave a card for you detailing how and when the consignment can be collected.
As we use couriers to deliver all parcels, products will not be delivered to an unattended address. We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
The courier will require a signature from an occupant at the specified delivery address at the time of delivery, if no one is available to sign for any parcel a card will be left and the parcel re-directed to the nearest Courier depot or Post Office.
All deliveries must be shipped to a location that is attended during business hours, whether that is a home, work or other address, to minimise any re-delivery delays and/or fees.
How long will it take to receive my goods?
Please allow 4 to 7 business days for delivery to Metro areas Australia wide. Add on a couple of business days to this if you are in a regional area in Australia.
What are the postage and handling charges?
At checkout, you will be notified of shipping costs for your approval, these are calculated automatically by the site in accordance with our courier companies’ freight charges.
Are my goods insured for damages while being shipped?
We do not provide insurance for shipped goods by default but we do offer an optional Transit Warranty for your entire order at a fixed fee. This option will be available on the cart page upon confirming your order.
We only send your orders via couriers that we know and trust will be able to provide the most secure parcels and freight service possible. Even so, you may want the extra peace of mind offered by having Transit Warranty that serves to protects the value of your goods, in the event of loss or damage.
Does UUNI send overseas?
Sorry but we only send to Australian addresses.

Assessment of your product: We may need to conduct an assessment of your product to determine whether a repair, replacement or refund is appropriate. Certain technical products may need to be sent to the manufacturer or their repair agent.

This will bring you to a page that allows you to register with us.
Just fill out the ‘Register’ section and click the green button ‘Register’.
